对60例肺癌组织进行了细胞粘附分子CD_(15)表达的免疫组化研究。结果发现,CD_(15)在癌旁正常组织的4/10例支气管粘膜上皮和3/10例肺泡上皮游离面弱阳性表达;在肺癌组织中明显增强表达,总阳性率66.7%,其中腺癌(85.3%)显著高于鳞癌(50%),P<0.05,大细胞癌1/4例阳性,小细胞癌2例均阴性,其阳性物质主要位于细胞浆、细胞膜或腺腔缘。CD_(15)表达随肺癌分化程度减低、淋巴结转移和分期增高而明显增高(P<0.05)。结果表明,CD_(15)对判断肺癌发生、发展、预测淋巴结转移和预后是一种良好指标。
An immunohistochemical study of the expression of cell adhesion molecule CD_(15) was performed in 60 lung cancer tissues. The results showed that CD_(15) was positively expressed in 4/10 cases of bronchial epithelium and 3/10 cases of alveolar epithelium in paracancerous normal tissues, and was significantly increased in lung cancer tissues. The total positive rate was 66.7%, of which adenocarcinoma (85.3%) was significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma (50%), P<0.05, 1/4 of large cell carcinoma was positive, and 2 cases of small cell carcinoma were negative. The positive substances were mainly located in the cytoplasm, the cell membrane, or the margin of the gland. The expression of CD_(15) significantly increased with the decrease of lung cancer differentiation, lymph node metastasis and stage increase (P<0.05). The results showed that CD_(15) is a good indicator for judging the occurrence, development, prediction of lymph node metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer.
