赣州有色冶金研究所与南昌曙光稀土材料厂合作,采用串级萃取理论进行工艺参数计算,并将计算参数一步放大到工业设计。省去了通常的试验研究,可节省大量费用,加快工程进度。该方法成功可靠,整个工艺采用钕钐分组,接二个“三出口”工艺,一次进料直接得二个单一产品和若干个富集物产品,属国内首创。技术经济指标,均超过设计指标。稀土收率达96%。
