定性地研究了晶体的透射比与光伏探测器探测率的关系、晶体的小角晶界对多元列阵器件电学串音的影响以及光敏面位于<111>面和<111>面所表现出来的性能差异和晶体中的Te沉淀使器件零偏压电阻R_0严重降低的现象,实验结果表明晶体的透射比可以作为选择材料的判据之一。
The relationship between the transmittance of the crystal and the detection rate of the PV detector was qualitatively investigated. The effect of the small-angle grain boundary of the crystal on the electrical crosstalk of the MES array device and the performance of the photosensitive surface at <111> and <111> planes The difference and the Te precipitation in the crystal seriously degrade the zero bias resistance R_0 of the device.
