黄柏为常用中药,其饮片的干燥方法,很多古本草和现代炮制专著都用晒干法;老药工认为黄柏饮片晒后颜色改变,外观及质量起了变化,以阴干为宜,亦有文献报道黄柏宜阴干以保持颜色鲜艳;药厂以烘干法干燥。以上三种方法对黄柏内在质量是否有影响未见报道。本实验通过对上述三种方法干燥的黄柏饮片进行外观观察和小檗碱含量测定,了解其质量变化情况。现报道如下。一、药材来源:经鉴定为芸香科植物黄柏(Phellodendron amurense)除去栓皮的干燥树皮。 Phellodendron is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, its drying method of dried pieces, a lot of ancient herbs and modern concocted monographs use dry method; the old pharmacists believe that Huangbaiyin slice changes color after drying, appearance and quality have changed, dry shade is appropriate, there are also literature It is reported that Phellodendron should be dried to keep its color bright; pharmaceutical companies dry by drying.
