Looking at the article “Exterioration of Internal Leakage” in the 10th issue of the magazine in 1998, I think that there are two things that are not correct and contradict the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Building Surface Engineering” (GB 50209-95). 1. Improvement measures introduced in the original text: In the design, increase the structural beam by 50 to 70mm (except for the inner hole). If the structural ring beam is increased by 50-70mm, its height cannot meet the requirements of the construction specification and it is easy to seep from here.
