本文利用数字化仪和微机采集处理激光千分尺平行度检查仪输出的干涉环信息,测定干涉环圆心位置,显示与打印输出平行度检查结果。数据采集是用定位指针指示干涉图上的数据采集点,与此同时、鼠标器叉丝确定了数字化仪上对应的一点,这点的位置坐标输入微机,按平行度检查工作程序完成数据采集处理、输出平行度检测结果。本文利用自准直仪监测整机的测量情况,结果表明、该仪器满足测量仪器的设计及工作要求,平行度检查精确可靠。用本文技术检测平行度,正确按键操作、直接得出平行度检查结果。它比原检查仪使用方便、工作效率高。
In this paper, we use the digitizer and the computer to collect and process the interference ring information output by the laser micrometer parallelism tester to measure the position of the center of the interference ring and display the parallelism of the printout. At the same time, the fork of the mouse determines the corresponding point on the digitizer, and the position coordinate of this point is input into the microcomputer, and the working procedure is checked according to the parallelism to complete the data acquisition and processing, Output parallelism detection result. In this paper, the use of self-collimator to monitor the measurement of the whole machine, the results show that the instrument to meet the design requirements of measurement instruments and work, parallelism check accurate and reliable. Using this technique to detect parallelism, the correct key operation, directly to the parallelism test results. It is easier to use than the original tester, high efficiency.
