1984年4月,核工业部二十五工程公司第三工程处承建的古交矿区马兰煤矿中央副井,采用倒装法安装四改型井架获得成功。该井架高32米、重63吨,其主体为管件组合结构。安装施工期为7.5天,用283个工日。其中挖抱杆地锚坑及埋设地锚1天,用工20个,起立固定抱杆2天,用工60个;倒装法组装井架4.5天,用工203个。用倒装法安装井架比煤炭部安装井架定额提高工效4.6倍。1984年11月,在古交矿区南二进风井采用倒装法安装了高32米的武钢新Ⅰ型井架又获得成功,井架主体安装仅用3.5天。现将倒装井架的方法简介如下。
In April 1984, the central auxiliary well of Malan Coal Mine, constructed by No.3 Engineering Department of Twenty-Fifth Engineering Company of Nuclear Industry Department, was successfully installed by inverted installation of four modified derricks. The derrick 32 meters high, weighing 63 tons, the main component for the pipe structure. Installation construction period of 7.5 days, with 283 days. Among them, digging and embracing the anchor pit and buried anchor for one day, 20 workers, standing and holding the pole for 2 days, labor 60; inverted derrick assembly 4.5 days, 203 workers. Installation of derrick by flip method is 4.6 times longer than that of derrick fixed by coal department. In November 1984, the new type Ⅰ derrick with a height of 32 meters was successfully installed in the south second inlet shaft of Gujiao Mining Area by flip-flop method. The derrick main body was installed in only 3.5 days. Now inverted derrick method is as follows.
