案情介绍：1998年8月，福建省福鼎市（县级市）物价委员会对在该市经营的液化石油气批零价格实行限价管理。福鼎市温福燃气有限开发公司不执行规定的批发价格，市物价委员会根据《中华人民共和国价格法｝）和《关于价格违法行为的处罚规定》，向该公司发出“行政处罚告知书”，
Case Presentation: In August 1998, the Fuding City (county-level city) Price Commission of Fujian Province imposed price limits on the wholesale and retail price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to be operated in the city. Fuding Wenfu gas limited development company does not implement the prescribed wholesale price, the Municipal Price Committee issued a “Notice of Administrative Penalty” to the company according to the “Price Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Regulations on Penalties for Price Illegal Activities”
