首先用苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯一聚苯乙烯制成共聚体,测定这些产品在甲苯中的溶胀度、表观体积、表观密度及孔度占共聚体中的百分数。然后用下列方法:(1)共聚体经过氯甲基化后,以四次乙烯基五与之反应;(2)共聚体经过硝化后,再以氯化亚锡或多硫化钠,使之还原,得到两种弱碱性阴离子交换树脂。最后用碘甲烷将上述两种树脂季铵化,得到部分含强碱基的树脂。 从实验知道用上述共聚体制成的树脂,其交换容量、机械强度及引入交换基团的速率等均较用一般方法所得到的共聚体为高。
First, an interpolymer of styrene-divinylbenzene-polystyrene was made and the degree of swelling, apparent volume, apparent density, and pore size of these products in toluene were measured as percentages in the interpolymer.
