借助多波长数据线生回归分析法处理了结构和性质颇为相似、紫外吸收峰相差只有13nm的苯二酚的两种同分异构体。选取波长区间为264~280nm范围内的9个波长点进行测定。结果表明,以Ati/εi对εi/εp进行回归,在邻苯二酚与对苯二酚浓度比为1:10~10:1的范围内时,回归相关系数r≥0.9963,回归线相对波动≤5.7%。邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的回收率分别为99.0%~104.0%和96.0%~101.0%,对于邻苯二酚、对苯二酚的标准混合液和模拟混合液的分析,结果较为满意。
By means of multi-wavelength data line regression analysis, two isomers of hydroquinone whose structure and properties are quite similar and whose UV absorption peaks differ by only 13 nm were processed.
