水泥混凝土路面多锤头碎石化(Rubblization)是一种旧水泥混凝土路面破碎处治技术,是对旧水泥混凝土路面大修或改造的重要手段。多锤头碎石化技术于20世纪后期起源于美国,该技术是将水泥混凝土路面的面板,通过多锤头专用设备一次性破碎为碎块柔性结构,因破碎后其微粒粒径小,力学模式更趋向于级配碎石,因而将其命名为碎石化。这种结构不仅具有一定承载力,而且具有有效防止或限制反射裂缝发生、发展的作用。高速公路路面旧水泥混凝土板多锤头碎石化施工,应根据设计文件、施工条件以及地质、水文、气象等不同情况及时采取相应技术措施,做到与后续工序紧密、连续、匀速施工,并应强化施工组织管理,严格每道工序的质量控制,精心施工、规范作业,确保工程质量。
