本文背景:根据国家民航总局公布的统计数据,时下,旅客行李丢失、破损和延误类案例投诉,其数量仅次于航班延误及售票服务质量的投诉,且年递增量高达76%。一位旅客无奈地告诉记者:“我喜欢飞机这种交通工具,喜欢这种交通方式的快捷,可是乘机时的托运行李不是丢失就是损坏,使我对民航失去了信心。”
Background: According to the statistics released by the State Administration of Civil Aviation, the number of cases of passenger baggage loss, damage and delay nowadays is second only to that of flight delay and ticketing service quality, with an annual increment of 76%. One traveler reluctantly told reporters: “I like the aircrafts this transport, like this mode of transport fast, but the check-in baggage when the opportunity is not lost or damaged, so I lost confidence in the civil aviation. ”
