在复杂多元的全球化竞争环境驱动下,将人力资源管理上升到战略层次逐渐成为企业的迫切管理需求。人力资源管理水平的提升不仅需要高素质的管理人员,更需要信息化工具进行辅助。目前企业人力资源管理信息化的应用还仅仅徘徊在基本业务电子化等低端应用领域,需求和应用能力之间的落差凸现了企业人力资源管理在过渡期的尴尬。企业管理者只有从根本上认识了信息化建设的重要意义,并加快信息建设步伐、实现正确的选型、成功的实施,才能真正实现战略人力资源管理。
Driven by a complex and diverse global competitive environment, the rise of human resource management to a strategic level has gradually become an urgent management need for enterprises. The improvement of the level of human resource management not only requires high-quality management personnel, but also need information tools to assist. At present, the application of enterprise human resources management information is only hovering in the low-end applications such as the basic business of electronic applications, the gap between demand and application capabilities highlighted the embarrassment of enterprise human resource management in the transitional period. Only by fundamentally recognizing the importance of information construction, accelerating the pace of information construction, and achieving the correct type selection and successful implementation, can enterprise managers truly realize strategic human resource management.
