实践性教学是职业教育教学活动的典型特征,是培养和提高学员岗位业务能力和关键能力的重要环节。如何开展并规范专业实践教学内容、教学方式、组织形式的研究与实践,是各专业实践课教学所面临的重点课题。本文以培养学员岗位能力为目标,以提高教员实践课授课能力为根本,按照学员能力形成和实践课教学规律,对实践课教学过程的理论和实践进行了探索。
Practical teaching is a typical characteristic of vocational education and teaching activities, which is an important part of training and improving the professional ability and key ability of trainees. How to carry out and standardize professional practice teaching content, teaching methods, organizational forms of research and practice, is the major practice of teaching all major issues facing. This article aims at cultivating the post ability of trainees, basing on improving the teaching ability of trainees in practice, and probing into the theory and practice of practice teaching in accordance with the formation of students’ ability and the law of teaching in practice.
