司法宣传是连接司法公正与公众认同的桥梁。有效传播是司法宣传工作的落脚点和生命。只有让公众充分理解、接受所传播的信息,才能发挥宣传的价值,传播司法公正。当前,关于司法宣传是否有效性的研究却十分薄弱。本文以受众心理为对象,对受众信息接受的心理进行解码,并剖析制约司法宣传有效性的问题,同时对司法宣传策略调整的方向性选择和机制调整提出建议。
Judicial propaganda is a bridge connecting the judicial fair with the public. Effective dissemination is the foothold and life of the judicial propaganda work. Only by making the public fully understand and accept the information disseminated can we display the value of propaganda and spread judicial justice. At present, the research on the validity of judicial propaganda is very weak. This paper takes the audience psychology as an object to decode the psychology of audience information acceptance and analyzes the problems that restrict the effectiveness of judicial propaganda. At the same time, it puts forward suggestions on the direction selection and mechanism adjustment of the judicial propaganda strategy adjustment.
