进行了07MnSi双相钢钢管组织与性能的研究。结果表明,F+B的双相组织比F+M的双相组织具有更好的冷拔性能。控制热穿孔后荒管的冷却速度可获得F+B的双相组织,并减少冷拔过程中50%的退火次数。
The microstructure and properties of 07MnSi duplex steel pipe were studied. The results show that the biphasic structure of F + B has better cold drawing performance than the duplex structure of F + M. Controlling the cooling rate of the blank pipe after hot punching can obtain the duplex structure of F + B and reduce the number of annealing of 50% in the cold drawing process.
