妇女应力性尿失禁是相当常见和痛苦的疾患,常无明显的神经学体征。长期以来归因于盆底薄弱,其真正原因仍不明确。本文拟用新的电生理技术研究会阴的感觉和运动异常。经尿动力学检查证实为真性应力性尿失禁者28人,其中7人曾经腹全子宫切除,3人曾修补阴道前、后壁。对照组28人的年龄、产次等情况与研究组相似,无盆底手术和尿动力学检查史。本项研究必要的操作包括尿道插管,电刺激会阴和肛门外括约肌插入针状电极等。11例患者接受微球技术测定括约肌的基础及挤缩压力,功能性括约肌长度和直肠括约肌反射的表现及振幅。测量下述三种电生
Stress incontinence in women is a very common and painful condition, often without obvious neurological signs. For a long time due to the weak pelvic floor, the real reason is still not clear. This article intends to use new electrophysiological techniques to study perineal sensory and motor abnormalities. Urine dynamic test confirmed true stress urinary incontinence in 28 people, of which 7 had abdominal total hysterectomy, 3 had repair vaginal before and after the wall.
