随着八十年代经济体制的改革和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,我国企业在管理方面取得了长足的发展。经过企业的股份制改革,尤其是中国重返世贸,大大增强了我国企业的国际竞争力。现在,企业集团在资金运作和管理方面更是改进了传统的管理措施,建立了企业的内部银行,确保企业的资金合理、有效利用,并为企业可持续发展提供资金支撑。这种管理模式不仅应用性极广,且易于操作,节省了企业资金在外部银行之间的周转时间,避免了资金浪费,充分保证了企业运行的资金供给。
With the reform of the economic system in the 1980s and the establishment of a socialist market economic system, Chinese enterprises have made great strides in their management. After the reform of the shareholding system of enterprises, especially when China returned to the WTO, it greatly enhanced the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. At present, enterprise groups improve their traditional management measures in fund operation and management, set up internal banks of enterprises, ensure the rational and efficient use of funds and provide financial support for the sustainable development of enterprises. This management mode not only has wide applicability, but also is easy to operate. It saves the turnover time of enterprise funds between external banks, avoids the waste of funds and fully guarantees the supply of funds for the operation of enterprises.
