采用在体和离体两种方法研究黄芪注射液及提取成分木糖-葡萄糖-环黄芪醇(XGA)对小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平的影响。实验结果表明:黄芪注射液及XGA能够明显抑制小鼠离体肝脏的脂质过氧化物的生成作用,抑制率分别为27.4%和31.5%(P<0.05);并且能够抑制阿霉素引起的小鼠体内脂质过氧化物水平的升高,抑制率分别为41.2%和83.8%(P<0.05和0.01)。
In vivo and in vitro methods were used to study the effects of Huangqi injection and xylose-glucose-cyclic astragaloside (XGA) on liver lipid homogenate lipid peroxide (LPO) levels in mice. The experimental results show that Huangqi injection and XGA can significantly inhibit the production of lipid peroxides in isolated liver of mice. The inhibitory rates are 27.4% and 31.5%, respectively (P<0.05), and can inhibit the doxorubicin caused by The increase of lipid peroxide levels in mice was 41.2% and 83.8%, respectively (P<0.05 and 0.01).
