近年来,患者在首发癌之后再次发现其它器官原发恶性肿瘤的报道逐渐增多。这是一种较特殊的临床现象,不同于普通癌瘤的转归。我院自1990年以来确诊多原发恶性肿瘤20例,占同期全部恶性肿瘤的0.85％(20/2 351),资料报告如下。 1 临床资料 我院1990年1月至1999年3月共收治多原发恶性肿瘤20例,其中男11例,女9例。全部为双重癌。首发癌年龄:38～68岁,平均53.9岁,第2癌年龄:39～74岁,平均64.8岁。同时性3例,间隔时间6个月之内;其余为异时性,间隔时问8个月～19年,其中6个月～5年者6例,5年
In recent years, there has been a growing number of reports of patients with primary malignancies of other organs found after the first cancer. This is a more special clinical phenomenon, different from the outcome of ordinary cancer. 20 cases of multiple primary malignancies were diagnosed in our hospital since 1990, accounting for 0.85% (20/2351) of all malignant tumors in the same period. The data are reported as follows. 1 clinical data in our hospital from January 1990 to March 1999 were treated more than 20 cases of primary malignant tumors, including 11 males and 9 females.
