随着时代的发展,职业素质愈被提上议事日程。本文仅就企业培训省素质谈以下看法: 1、自我感知的能力。 虽然我们并不主张企业培训师要进行缜密的分析,但要成为一个成功的培训师,很明显需要有一定程度的自我认识和自我接受的能力。我们的自我感知能力越强,选择余地和自由就越多。与其他任何从事“帮助”他人的工作一样,能够意识到激励我们自己的因素是很重要。
