在磺化法苯酚生产中,需用SO_2气体将苯酚钠盐溶液连续地酸化成75%—78%的粗制苯酚。71年在江苏省计量所帮助下,采用了一种结构简单的酸度测量系统来代替取样试纸测定终点的办法,克服了测试麻烦、误差大之弊,又改善了操作,提高了产品质量和产率。这套测量系统经几年来运转和不断改进,性能基本稳定、可靠、维护方便,适合非自控流程和中小化工企业作酸度测试之用,它较工业酸度计更易推广而深受工人欢迎。
