乌贼内脏粉已被公认为优良的水产饲料原料，我们却发现其存在大量的镉。本文就乌贼内脏中镉的存在形式、其在水产动物体内的积累状况及其对水产动物的影响进行试验。结果表明，乌贼内脏中的镉主要以有机镉的形式存在，在所饲养的水产动物体中的积累不明显，尤其是在人类食用部分几乎无积累现象；对水产动物饲养效果良好、无异常现象。因此，乌贼内脏粉的富镉问题并不影响其饲料价值。
Squid viscera powder has been recognized as a good raw material for aquafeeds, but we found that there is a lot of cadmium. In this paper, the presence of cadmium in the viscera of squid, its accumulation in aquatic animals and its impact on aquatic animals were tested. The results showed that the cadmium in the viscera of squid mainly existed in the form of organic cadmium, and the accumulations in the aquatic animals were not obvious, especially in the part of human consumption. The feeding effect on aquatic animals was good and there was no abnormal phenomenon . Therefore, the rich cadmium problem of squid viscera does not affect its feed value.
