1960年,新兴产油国成立OPEC(发展中国家产油国)组织。
From the 1940s to the 1940s, coal was 5-6 yen/ton, and heavy oil was about 30 yen/ton. According to the correct conversion rate, coal is about 1.25 US dollars / ton, heavy oil is about 1.28 US dollars / barrel. The price of coal is about 1/6 of oil. After the fifties, petrochemicals appeared. Oil prices ranged from US$1 to US$1.5/barrel and coal prices rose to US$5 to US$10 per ton. In 1960, emerging oil-producing countries established OPEC (Oil Production Countries in Developing Countries) organization. In February 1972, the crude oil contract price was 7-11 dollars per barrel.
