电焊机是一种能耗较大的设备,而目前电焊机行业中产量,电弧焊机占89.9%,因此研究电弧焊如何提高能量利用率有着重要意义。研究电弧焊的能耗,首先必须解决如何评定电弧焊能量利用率的问题。为此,研究并给出了电弧加热工件的热利用率,但从能源的观点出发,用它来反映电弧热量的利用情况尚不够确切,因而提出了电弧热有效利用率η_a和考虑到焊机的效率η_Υ提出了一个综合性指标——焊接电能有效利用率η_W。本文以η_a和η_W为基准,对交直流手工弧焊和CO_2焊接的能耗进行了测试和对比,并针对每一种焊接方法,研究了规范参数等对能耗的影响。
Welding machine is a large energy consumption equipment, and the current welding industry output, arc welding machine accounted for 89.9%, so how to improve the arc welding energy utilization is of great significance. To study the energy consumption of arc welding, we must first solve the problem of how to evaluate the energy utilization of arc welding. For this reason, the heat utilization rate of the workpiece heated by the arc is studied and given. However, from the energy point of view, it is not enough to use it to reflect the utilization of the arc heat. Therefore, the effective utilization rate of the arc heat η_a and the welding efficiency The efficiency of η_Y presents a comprehensive indicator - the effective utilization of welding power η_W. In this paper, η_a and η_W as a benchmark for AC and DC manual arc welding and CO_2 welding energy consumption were tested and compared, and for each of the welding methods, studied the normative parameters on the energy consumption.
