为了研究设计级配、施工方法对SMA混合料路用性能的影响,利用室内马歇尔试验和旋转压实试验结果,分析矿料级配、施工温度、成型方法对SMA混合料结构参数的影响规律,研究各因素对结构参数的敏感性,提出SMA沥青混合料合理的设计及施工参数。结果表明:旋转压实(SGC)的成型效果要优于马歇尔的成型效果;SMA混合料物理参数在160℃~170℃之间变化敏感性很大,当超过170℃时敏感系数几乎不变化,说明压实温度高于170℃有利于提高混合料整体质量的稳定性。
In order to study the influence of design gradation and construction method on the performance of SMA mixture road, the influence law of aggregate gradation, construction temperature and molding method on the structural parameters of SMA mixture was analyzed by indoor Marshall test and rotary compaction test. The sensitivity of each factor to the structural parameters was studied. The reasonable design and construction parameters of SMA asphalt mixture were proposed. The results show that the shaping effect of rotary compaction (SGC) is superior to that of Marshall’s. The physical parameters of SMA mixture are sensitive to changes from 160 ℃ to 170 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 170 ℃, the sensitivity coefficient hardly changes, Compaction temperature is higher than 170 ℃ help to improve the overall quality of the mixture stability.
