班主任管理班级的过程,实质上是教师与学生之间的一种双向的情感交流过程。只有尊重学生的人格和自尊心,平等地对待每一个学生,高扬“以人为本”的价值理想,才能使学生在学习和生活中有愉悦感、安全感、尊严感,学生的潜能、智力才能得到充分的发展。在小学高年级班级管理中我主要采取了以下几种方法,收到了较好的效果。第一,师生间进行角色换位,以加深彼此间的沟通了解,努力创造出新颖、独特的“导”的教育艺术。
