中甘11号是中国农科院蔬菜花卉研究所育成的早熟春甘蓝一代杂种。1991年获国家科技进步二等奖。 特征特性:植株开展度46～52厘米,外叶14～17片,叶色深绿,叶片倒卵圆形,叶面蜡粉中等。叶球紧实,近圆形,质地脆嫩,风味品质优良,不易裂球。冬性较强,不易未熟抽薹,抗干烧心病。从定植到商品成熟50天左右,单球重0.7～0.8公斤,亩产可达3000～
Zhongkan 11 is a hybrid of early-maturing spring cabbage generation bred by Institute of Vegetables and Flowers of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
