丝状角膜炎是一种角膜的慢性疾病,典型表现为角膜表面出现大小不一、数量不等的丝状体,患者有异物感、疼痛等眼部症状,病因尚未完全明瞭。以往采用乙醚烧灼、丝状体拭除、戴软性接触镜、滴皮质类激素及人工泪液等治疗,效果均不够理想。我科1982年9月～1986年12月采用5%氯化钠滴眼剂治疗丝状角膜炎,疗效较为满意。报告如下。临床资料 Filamentous keratitis is a chronic corneal disease. The patient has foreign body sensations, pain and other ocular symptoms, and the etiology is not completely understood. Past use of ether cautery, filamentous eradication, wear soft contact lenses, drops of corticosteroids and artificial tears and other treatment, the effect is not ideal. Our department from September 1982 to December 1986 5% sodium chloride eye drops for the treatment of filamentous keratitis, the effect is more satisfactory.
