结合小山口梯级水电站的实际情况,介绍了自主研发的新型中小型水电站智能集中监控系统NICS的系统结构、网络部署、安全分区、调度通信机制、生产运行管理子系统和机电设备智能管理两个特色子系统的建设过程。分析了NICS实现一体化的远程监视和集中控制、基于数据挖掘的智能管理、基SOA架构实现业务整合的系统特点。
Combined with the actual situation of Xiaokoukou Cascade Hydropower Station, this paper introduces the system structure, network deployment, security zone, dispatching and communication mechanism, production and operation management subsystem and mechanical and electrical equipment intelligent management of self-developed intelligent centralized monitoring system NCC for small and medium-sized hydropower stations Subsystem construction process.
