目的:研究尖叶假龙胆的木脂素类成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等色谱技术对尖叶假龙胆乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离鉴定了9个木脂素类化合物,分别为:脱氢二松柏醇-4,9’-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(1)、alaschanisoside A(2)、橙皮素A(3)、橄榄树脂素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(4)、leptolepisol D(5)、无梗五加苷D(6)、(+)松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(7)、(+)8-羟基-松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(8)、(+)松脂素-8-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、9为首次从假龙胆属中分离得到,化合物2、3、5~8为首次从龙胆科植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the lignan composition of Apocynaceae. Methods: The ethanol extract of Dioscorea nipponica was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and ODS column chromatography. The structures of the ethanolic extracts were identified by spectral data. Results: A total of nine lignan compounds were isolated and identified as: dehydrobursin-4,9’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), alaschanisoside A (2) (4), leptolepisol D (5), selegoside D (6), (+) pinoresin-4 O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), (+) 8-hydroxy-psoralen-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) -β-D-glucopyranoside (9). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 9 were isolated from Pseuddonanellum for the first time. Compounds 2, 3 and 5 to 8 were isolated from gentian plants for the first time.
