本实验通过大鼠急性脊髓损伤的动物模型,以肌力测定、尿失禁的程度、体重变化、形态学检查和体感诱发电位测定为指标,观察了中药“截瘫康”对急性脊髓损伤的药理作用。结果表明,“截瘫康”对大鼠急性脊髓损伤有明显的治疗作用,其作用存在剂量依赖关系,且明显优于阳性药对照组,表现为肌力恢复的时间早,而且明显;血尿及尿失禁持续的时间短;诱发电位的结果揭示:潜伏期、传导时间及传导速度较对照组及阳性药对照组有明显恢复;形态学资料也与上述实验结果一致。
