Based on the GIS technology, five indicators of slope, relative distance between scenic spots, relative distance between tourist attractions, visual chances of scenic spots and sightseeing trails were selected to evaluate the sensitivity of Hsueshi Forest Park respectively, and a comprehensive evaluation model of sensitivity was established. By using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, and then to determine the level of comprehensive sensitivity of the various regions within the park, the park is divided into four levels of sensitive areas accordingly. The results show that: the study area Ⅲ sensitive area of the largest area of 495.80 hm2, accounting for 38.3% of the total area of the park. While emphasizing the protection of natural landscape, this area can be moderately developed to promote the use of cultural landscape beautification and set off the natural landscape. Ⅳ sensitive area of the smallest area of 142.80hm2, accounting for research 11.0% of the total area of the district. The development potential of this area is the largest, which can carry out large-scale comprehensive tourism facilities and the layout of the tourist routes. The area ofⅠandⅡlevel sensitive areas are 297.24 and 359.72hm2, respectively, accounting for the total area of the study area 22.9% and 27.8% respectively. The landscape in grade Ⅰ sensitive area should be strictly protected. It is forbidden for any person to develop and construct and maintain the nature of natural landscape. In Grade Ⅱ sensitive area, except simple forest trails and stone Road outer, non-stone mountains, damage vegetation and water.
