本研究的目的是评价醋酸肤轻松粘性软膏治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)的临床效果。 方法 采用随机双盲安慰剂对照法对40例OLP患者(包括涂药组和安慰剂组各20例)进行为期9周的治疗。其中,糜烂型12例,斑纹型13例,混合型15例。药物由醋酸肤轻松脂性软膏与含40％羟丙基甲基纤维素的粘性软膏基质等量掺和而成,使肤轻松终浓度为0.025％。粘性基质无味、无药性作用,与口腔粘膜有较好的粘附力。药物和安慰剂均用时现配。初诊时,
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of clofibrate acetate in the treatment of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods Forty OLP patients (20 in each of the drug-treated and placebo groups) were randomized to double-blind placebo for 9 weeks of treatment. Among them, erosive type in 12 cases, striae type in 13 cases, mixed type in 15 cases. The drug is made of the same amount of acetic acid skin lightening ointment and viscous ointment base containing 40% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, so that the final skin concentration is 0.025%.
