研究了微合金化和余热处理对不同种类热轧钢筋组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经微合金化和余热处理后,试验钢筋的力学性能均能满足GB/T 1499-2007标准;余热处理HRB335钢筋的屈服强度和抗拉强度比HRB400钢筋低,但伸长率提高;经余热处理的HRB335和HRB400钢筋的强屈比均高于1.25;与热处理相比,经微合金化处理后钢筋组织更加均匀。
The effects of microalloying and heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of different types of hot-rolled steel bars were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the tested steel can meet GB / T 1499-2007 after microalloying and heat treatment. The yield strength and tensile strength of the HRB335 steel after heat treatment are lower than those of HRB400, but the elongation increases; The HRT of HRB335 and HRB400 steel after waste heat treatment are both higher than 1.25. Compared with heat treatment, the microstructure of HRB335 and HRB400 is more uniform after microalloyed treatment.
