以戊二醛、环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,用三乙烯四胺改性,由壳聚糖合成了一种新型的三乙烯四胺修饰交联壳聚糖微球(CRN)分离树脂,研究了不同条件下CRN对Cd2+的吸附性能。在pH6.0时,CRN能定量吸附溶液中的痕量Cd2+,其静态饱和吸附容量为31.0 mg/g。吸附在CRN上的Cd2+可用0.5 mol/L的H2SO4洗脱,用火焰原子吸收法测定洗脱液中Cd2+的含量。本法对Cd2+的检出限(3σ)为24.6 ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1%(n=11,c=1.0μg/mL),加标回收率在97.3%~104.0%。该方法可用于矿渣中痕量镉的测定。
A new type of triethylenetetramine-modified cross-linked chitosan microsphere (CRN) resin was synthesized from chitosan by using glutaraldehyde and epichlorohydrin as crosslinkers. The adsorption of Cd2 + by CRN under different conditions was studied. At pH 6.0, CRN quantified the amount of Cd2 + in the solution and its static saturated adsorption capacity was 31.0 mg / g. Cd2 + adsorbed on the CRN was eluted with 0.5 mol / L H2SO4, and the content of Cd2 + in the eluate was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection limit (3σ) of Cd2 + by this method was 24.6 ng / mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1% (n = 11, c = 1.0μg / mL). The recoveries were in the range of 97.3% -104.0%. The method can be used for the determination of trace cadmium in slag.
