按照天气学原理,结合满洲里地区的地面资料,利用850mb-700mb-500mb高空图,对我市2009年9月5日的初霜冻进行分析,结果表明：贝加尔湖西北侧的冷空气,轴向转为南北向,受高空西北气流引导作用南下,是造成2009年满洲里地区初霜冻的主要原因。
