给出了LED散热器传热计算的变温传热模型。常规传热计算模型将环境温度考虑为常量进行边界条件的处理,而变温传热模型则考虑了空气与散热器翅片对流换热而温度升高的变化影响。讨论了建立变温传热模型的基本方法,针对一具体散热器,通过实验验证了翅片间空气温度的变化,并依据实验得到了翅片间空气温度的变化规律,从而得到了该散热器的变温传热模型。数值计算和实验结果表明变温传热模型更合理准确地反映了实际散热器的工作情况。
The heat transfer model of LED heat sink is given. The conventional heat transfer calculation model considers the ambient temperature as a constant boundary condition, while the variable temperature heat transfer model considers the influence of air and heat exchanger fin convection heat transfer on the temperature rise.
