本文将卧式旋转犁和拖拉机作为整体机组进行动力性能的理论分析。机组被看为一无轴间差速器之两轴驱动拖拉机,旋转犁轴即大一驱动轴。在对旋转犁轴的特点进行分析后,按四轮驱劫拖拉机牵引劫力学的分析方法类似对旋转犁机组进行分析。并进而椎导了机组功率平衡和总效率的普遍方程式。 文中提出了综合表征机组总效率和犁头铣切比阻变化规律的旋转犁机组理论生产率评价指标。在理论分析与试验基础上,以该指标为基础对机组参数的选择进行了综合的分析。提出了合理选择主要参数的方法,并提出具体试验条件下,主要参数合理选择的范围。
In this paper, the horizontal rotary plow and tractor as a whole unit for the theoretical analysis of dynamic performance. The unit is seen as a two-shaft drive tractor with no shaft differential and the rotary plow shaft is a freshman drive shaft. After analyzing the characteristics of the rotary plow shaft, the analysis method of the rotary plow unit is similar to that of the four-wheel-drive robbery tractor robotic robotic analysis. Which in turn leads to the general equation of unit power balance and total efficiency. In this paper, a theoretical index of productivity evaluation of rotary plow unit is proposed, which comprehensively characterizes the total efficiency of the unit and the change law of plowshare milling resistance. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experiment, a comprehensive analysis is made on the selection of unit parameters based on this index. Proposed a reasonable choice of the main parameters of the method, and put forward the specific test conditions, the main parameters of the reasonable choice of the scope.
