油桐尺蠖核型多角体病毒(简称BsNPV),是中国科学院武汉病毒研究所于1978年发现,并研制成为一种生物农药。为探讨不同浓度的治虫效果,笔者于1983—1984年对该场茶园第一代油桐尺蠖幼虫进行了田间对比试验。现将试验结果报道如下。材料和方法 (一)材料 BsNPV-HL(乳剂)杀虫剂——中国科学院武汉病毒研究所提供。施药器械——工农16型背负式喷雾器和东方红——18AC型超低容量机动喷雾器。 (二)试区设计和观察点选择农药和病毒治虫比较试验,设2个处理,
Tung tree scale nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BsNPV), Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences was discovered in 1978, and developed into a biological pesticide.
