本文叙述了孕性程度不同的大豆M_1及后代各性状的相关统计性分析结果.结果表明,可供用作M_1代生物损伤指标的植株性状与M_1代各性状间的相关关系比较复杂。M_1主要产量性状及一粒英率与M_2各性状简单相关性显著,但多元相关性显著则甚少.因此,很难以一、二个简单明确的M_1损伤指标来预测后代的突变情况,对辐射后代材料应早期开始多性状和连续性选择。
In this paper, the results of statistical analysis of M_1 and the traits of different progeny generations of soybean were described.The results showed that the correlation between plant traits available for M_1 generation biomarkers and M_1 traits was rather complicated. M_1 major yield traits and one grain yield were significantly correlated with M_2 traits, but multivariate correlations were not significant, so it was difficult to predict the mutation status of offspring by one or two simple and clear M_1 damage indexes, Descendant materials should begin with multi-trait and continuity options early on.
