采用静态条跺堆方式肥研究了畜禽粪便高温堆肥生物化学变化特征。结果表明,随着堆肥的进行,全碳、全氮含量及碳氮比有所下降,3项指标分别由堆制前的149.7gkg-1、12.5gkg-1,12.6gkg-1下降至117.8gkg-1、10.6gkg-1、12.0gkg-1;过氧化氢酶活性也呈下降趋势,降幅达56%;pH值和电导率则有所提高,分别由堆制前的7.60、2147mScm-1增加至8.74、2470mScm-1.使用本研究中的堆肥材料和工艺进行高温堆肥,经过30d可达基本腐熟程度。
The static stubble heap fertilizer was used to study the biochemical changes of high temperature composting of livestock excrement. The results showed that with the composting, the contents of total carbon, total nitrogen and carbon to nitrogen decreased, and the three indexes decreased from 149.7gkg-1, 12.5gkg-1 and 12.6gkg-1 to 117.8gkg-1 -1, 10.6gkg-1 and 12.0gkg-1, respectively. The catalase activity also showed a downward trend with a decrease of 56%. The pH value and conductivity were increased from 7.60 and 2147mScm-1 To 8.74 and 2470 mScm-1, respectively. The compost materials and processes in this study were used for composting at high temperature, reaching the level of basic maturity after 30 days.
