研究了三辊轧制对航空发动机用Ti600钛合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,三辊轧制后横向板材的组织β相和α相相继发生了再结晶而生成了等轴的α+β共晶组织,轧后板材的晶粒得到了一定程度的细化,均匀性也得到较好的改善。板材纵向组织主要由初生α相、次生α相和β相基体组成。轧制后钛合金板材的力学性能得到提高,尤其是横向方面增加很明显试样,横向室温力学性能的增加幅度均在15%以上。钛合金断口均具有撕裂棱、韧窝,属于准解理断裂。韧窝主要集中在晶界处,其中以片层团与α相之间的晶界处较多。
The effect of three-roll rolling on the microstructure and properties of Ti600 titanium alloy for aeroengine was studied. The results show that the β phase and the α phase of the transverse plate have been recrystallized and the equiaxed α + β eutectic structure has been formed after the three-roll rolling. The grains of the rolled plate have been refined to a certain degree, Sex has also been better improved. Longitudinal plate tissue mainly by the primary α-phase, secondary α-phase and β-phase matrix composition. After rolling, the mechanical properties of the titanium alloy sheet are improved, especially in the transverse direction. The increase of the mechanical properties in the lateral room temperature is above 15%. Titanium alloy fracture has a tear edge, dimple, belonging to the quasi-cleavage fracture. Dimples are mainly concentrated in the grain boundaries, among them, the lamellar group and α phase are more at grain boundaries.
