桥本氏病又称慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎。是一种自身免疫性疾病。1912年由Hashimoto首先报告4例合并腺肿的患者,多年来被认为是少见的,诊断往往在甲状腺切除术后断定。近年来由于临床诊断技术的改进,使其检出率逐渐提高。本应给予甲状腺制剂治疗,但进行手术者并非罕见。我院于1979年至1987年手术治疗各种甲状腺疾病1120例,其中桥本氏病20例(占1.8％),均由于误诊而手术。本文就其诊断和手术中的错误吸取经验教训并加以讨论。
Hashimoto’s disease, also known as chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis. Is an autoimmune disease. In 1912, Hashimoto first reported 4 patients with congenital swollen glands, which for years were considered to be rare, and diagnoses were often diagnosed after thyroidectomy. In recent years due to the improvement of clinical diagnostic techniques, so that the detection rate gradually increased. Thyroid preparations should be given, but it is not uncommon to have surgery. Our hospital in 1979 to 1987 surgical treatment of various thyroid diseases in 1120 cases, including Hashimoto’s disease in 20 cases (1.8%), all due to misdiagnosis and surgery. This article draws lessons from and discusses the mistakes in diagnosis and surgery.
