为了研究水泵吸水池内部漩涡流动的非定常特性,测量了该流动的压力信号和振动信号,并用小波互相关分析的方法对所测信号进行处理。使用该方法,可以得到任意两种信号在不同尺度下的相互关系,并且通过与传统互相关分析方法的对比,得到了两种信号的主导相关尺度。分析结果表明,水泵吸水池内部流动所引起的压力和振动变化关系密切,都是由吸入涡的非定常特性引起的。
In order to study the unsteady characteristics of swirling flow in the pump sump, the pressure signal and vibration signal of the flow were measured. The measured signals were processed by wavelet cross-correlation analysis. Using this method, the correlation between any two signals at different scales can be obtained, and the dominant correlation scales of the two signals are obtained by comparison with the traditional cross-correlation analysis method. The analysis results show that the pressure and vibration caused by the flow inside the pump suction basin are closely related to each other and are caused by the unsteady characteristics of the suction vortex.
