本文通过应用血管瘤治疗机铜针疗法治疗５例不同部位的海绵状血管瘤，效果满意。对血管瘤治疗机治疗血管瘤的机理、治疗方法、时间、注意事项等作了详尽的描述。认为血管瘤治疗机对某些特殊部位的小血管瘤效果较佳，也适用于手术复发的病例和巨大海绵状血管瘤的辅助治疗以减少手术难度，但对不同于海绵状血管瘤类型的血管瘤效果差。
