窦房结电图、希氏束电图及晚电位的体表检测具有临床实用价值。然而,由于这类电位在体表上所反映的幅度仅为10~20微伏,甚至几微伏,因此它们往往被各种背景噪声所淹没。要想观察到这类微弱心电信号,仅仅提高放大器的增益是无济于事的。即使在放大了的心电波形中能看到相应电位的迹象,往往由于整个心电图的质量不高,波形的识别、参数的测量也极为困难,容易出现误差。可见,提高信噪比是微弱心电信号体表检测的关键。
