“和合”文化是中国优秀的传统文化,具有鲜明的特征。人本管理与“和合”文化在本质上是一致的。在图书馆的人本管理理念中渗透“和合”文化,不仅有利于营造和谐的环境,也有助于人力资源的管理和开发。本文主要探讨在图书馆人本管理中渗透“和合”文化对策。
“Hehe ” Culture is China’s excellent traditional culture, with distinct characteristics. Humanistic management and “harmony” culture is essentially the same. To infiltrate the “harmony” culture in the humanistic management concept of the library not only helps to create a harmonious environment but also helps to manage and develop human resources.
