目的观察磷酸肌酸(creatine phosphate,CP)治疗蒽环类化疗药物引起的急性白血病患儿心肌损害的疗效。方法40例患儿随机分为CP治疗组和1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗组。CP组予CP(<5岁0.5g/d,≥5岁1g/d)静脉推注;FDP组予FDP250mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,7d为1个疗程。观察治疗前后患者心肌酶谱和心电图改变情况。结果两组患儿治疗前心肌酶水平相似且高于正常值,治疗后两组心肌酶均显著下降(P<0.01),其差值在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心电图改善率及总体疗效两组间亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸(creatine phosphate,CP)可治疗蒽环类化疗药物引起的白血病患儿心肌损害,其效果与FDP相似。
Objective To observe the effect of creatine phosphate (CP) on myocardial damage in children with acute leukemia caused by anthracycline chemotherapy. Methods Forty children were randomly divided into CP group and FDP group. The patients in CP group received intravenous injection of CP (<0.5g / d at age 5 and 1g / d≥5). FDP group received intravenous drip of FDP at 250mg / (kg.d) for 7 days. Observed before and after treatment of patients with myocardial enzymes and ECG changes. Results The levels of myocardial enzymes in both groups before treatment were similar and higher than those in normal group. The levels of myocardial enzymes in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in ECG improvement rate and overall efficacy (P> 0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate (CP) can treat myocardial damage caused by anthracycline-induced leukemia in children with similar effects as FDP.
