“新能源·新城市——APEC低碳城镇发展论坛暨低碳城镇中国行启动仪式”于2012年11月14日在万丽天津宾馆隆重开幕。天津大学在相关政府部门的支持下成功申报了APEC项目,这也是2011年第三期获批的7个项目中唯一的一个由高校牵头实施的APEC项目。本次活动中,来自APEC各经济体国家的知名专家学者、科研人员与相关领域的专家、学者、企业家等50余位国内外嘉宾带来了一场关于 “New energy, new city - APEC low-carbon town development forum and low-carbon town China line launching ceremony ” on November 14, 2012 at Renaissance Tianjin Hotel grand opening. Tianjin University, with the support of relevant government departments, successfully declared the APEC project, which is only one of the seven projects approved by the third phase in 2011. The APEC project is led by universities. In this activity, more than 50 domestic and foreign guests, including well-known experts and scholars, researchers and experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from related APEC economies, brought together a series of presentations
